This program is geared to prepare and educate students, emerging associates and assistants with transitioning to a professional photographer.

Gain insight directly from our panel of established photographers on what is needed to successfully operate a professional commercial photography business. You’ll hear their honest and frank perspectives on the things you need to succeed in this rapidly changing business.

The program will be held in a Q&A format, and will consist of a panel of ASMP General Members. Predetermined questions will be presented to the panelist for their input on marketing, pricing, insurance, business ethics, etc. Attendees will also be give the opportunity to present follow-up questions to the panelist.

A weekend to immerse yourself in art. The Exhibition: Thirty-two Cleveland Fine Artists Exhibition curated by Mark Cole from the Cleveland Museum Of Art. City Artists at Work (CAAW), a collaboration of artist from the Quadrangle, Midtown Corridor and the St Clair Superior art Districts, is proud to announce our fourteenth anniversary. To celebrate, we are offering you a chance to experience the work of some of Cleveland’s finest artists, and to create some memorable art of your own from a variety of hands on workshops at select area studios, from painting to mask making. Our next NOCA event will be a combination wine tasting and networking – and maybe even a night on the town. Friday, October 21st NOCA is teaming with the Artful Living Gallery at 1364 West 67th Street just off Gordon Square for art, wine, hors d’oeuvres and networking.

From 5:30 till 7:30 p.m. taste wines from Italy, France, Argentina, and California; experience the photography of noted Italian artist Marcello Mellino; enjoy live music from Shields & McHale; and mingle with your fellow professionals.
